We specialize in residential and commercial interiors that are tailored to each, individual client, but add a touch of the unexpected. We provide architectural design, CAD drawings for concepts, color and material selections, lighting, artwork, fabric, furnishings, project management and supervision.  We strive to design a home that represents our clients’ unique and personal style.  



​Our principal, David Fernalld is a native Texan and raised in Houston. He graduated from the Department of Architecture at Texas A&M with a degree in Building Construction and a minor in Environmental Design. David has worked for a large architectural firm, a construction management company, a suburban commercial contractor, and  high-end specialty subcontractors before starting his own business in faux-finishing. Architectural Artisans provided 15 years of quality faux-finishing and design for many high-end interior designers in Houston and Miami. Jobs ranged from coast to coast, Mexico and Europe. Architectural Artisans segued into Fernalld Design to provide full service architectural and interior design to satisfy the needs of our clientel.
